The beautiful German word “Tausendsassa” literally translates to English as “Jack Of All Trades.” This accurately applies when describing Berlin resident by choice, Vivian Koch. After initiating her interdisciplinary arts collective encompassing DJs, musicians, and visual artists in 2017, Koch has been steadily gaining momentum both domestically and internationally. Having a monthly residency at Griessmuehle enabled her to truly hone her skills in the craft and present her musical range, although she had already collected a wealth of experience in the field after taking on DJing at the tender age of 16.

With an acclaimed mini-album released on Don Williams’ revered A.R.T.less records, a club-ready 12” on Miami label Omnidisc, and a sublime ambient electronica album on the London-based label AD93, Koch became a breakout producer, with her tracks receiving support from a who’s-who on the challenging electronic music A-list. One can only wait and see how Vivian Koch’s talent will continue to evolve.
