Stay Service is an agency providing manifold purpose-driven support within an expanded framework of contemporary electronic music. Our services cover artist booking & international touring, consulting, project development and production, as well as all aspects of communication.

Stay Service represents an unique roster of artists and projects such as JJJJJerome Ellis, Katatonic Silentio, LABOUR, Lamin Fofana, LOREM, Nkisi, Stefanie Egedy, among others.

To support our ongoing operations and growing roster of artists and projects, we are seeking a Booking Assistant (m/f/d) to streamline our daily agency tasks and oversee logistics.

Tasks

• – Updating our website, social media, contact databases, and regularly sending out newsletters
• – Researching festivals, venues, promoters, institutions, and initiating first contact
• – Arranging and managing travel, hotels, ground transportation, and other logistical needs
• – Organizing and maintaining all travel-related documents, including passports, visas, and insurance
• – Proofreading texts, documents and checking travel itineraries
• – Tracking outstanding payments
• – Creating Tech Rider, Travel and Hospitality Rider
• – Office management duties
• – Documenting meetings
• – Managing promotional activities
  
  

The position is freelance, and payment will be on an hourly basis.
